After its two hour nap, I popped the ball of dough into a Dutch oven that had been preheated in the oven for a half hour...
Cooked it covered for thirty minutes, uncovered for fifteen more, and then...voila!
First we sampled it with a little bit of butter and jam.
And, later...sandwiches.
